当社名や当社ロゴなどの情報を無断で盗用している「偽販売サイト」が多数存在することを確認しております。
株式会社銀蔵が運営する下記サイト以外で「株式会社銀蔵」の名称のもとに当社の住所、代表者名、店舗運営責任者名、商品画像、商品説明等が無断で使用されておりますが、当社とは一切関係がございません。

偽サイトを利用した場合、お客様のIDやパスワード、個人情報が不正に入手されたり、商品代金振込後も商品が届かない、偽の商品が送りつけられるなどの被害にあう可能性が考えられます。

偽サイトの特徴
- 商品が非常に安価に販売されている。（80パーセントオフ等）
- 商品がEMS（国際スピード郵便）等の海外郵便として送付される。
- 連絡先のメールアドレスが無料で利用可能なフリーメールである。
- 振込先銀行口座名が外国人名である。
- 日本語の表現が不自然である。（例「送料無料三日か五日届きます」等）
被害に遭わないために
- ショッピングサイトに記載されている会社概要等の表記を見て販売業者名等を確認し、インターネットで検索したり、振込先口座名義人と業者名が一致するか確認するなどして、正規の販売サイトであるかを確認してください。
- 商品を購入する前に、ショッピングサイトに記載されている連絡先に電話するなどして正規の業者が運営しているか確認することを検討してください。
- 最新のウイルス対策ソフトのパターンファイルを導入し、危険なサイトとして表示されるサイトから購入しないでください。
- 偽サイトやその可能性があるサイトを発見した場合には、警察に連絡してください。
- 消費者庁のホームページにも模倣品の販売に関する公表資料がありますので、参考にしてください。
被害に遭ったら
- 商品が送られてこない、偽ブランド品が送付されたなどの場合には、できるだけ早く、商品のやりとりが分かる資料とともに、警察に相談してください。
- 口座振込やクレジットカード払いをした場合には、関係する金融機関やクレジット会社に被害の連絡をしてください。
- ユーザ情報として、メールアドレス・パスワードを登録した場合には、すぐにパスワードを変更してください。

Recently an imitation Ginzo website claiming to be our store has been found on the Internet.
This unauthorized site illegally uses our street store images, merchandise images and address to imitate our online shop.
All related contents are used on this site without the permission of Ginzo Co.
Please be advised that this site bears absolutely no relation to our official corporate website (www.ginzo.jp) and is in no way affiliated with Ginzo Co.
Please do not purchase or expose personal information or credit card information.
The intent of those behind the fake sites is often to get you to divulge personal information they can use to steal from you or commit identity theft.
Please contact us directly if you spot any suspicious websites that appear to relate to us.

Common characteristics of fake websites
How to watch out for fraudsters
- Please search the name of the company on google and other search engine. Check the store information closely if the information on every site you found matches 100%.
- If there is a phone number, please test call the phone number.
- Use antivirus software to check the website’s safety level.
- Check if the Consumer Affairs Agency has the website blacklisted.
If victimized
- Please contact your local police with all truncation evidence with you. If you paid with a credit card or bank transfer, please contact their call center to report your case.
