This "Use Guide" defines the terms and conditions applicable when a customer purchases a product on the web shopping site "Ginzo Online" operated by Ginzo Co., Ltd. ("our company"). Please read this "Use Guide" carefully when purchasing products.
To apply for products, please apply online from the order page of this site.
We accept orders 24 hours a day. Please note that we may not be able to accept your order in rare cases due to server maintenance.
Prices are inclusive of consumption tax.
When the product is ordered, the system will automatically send an order acceptance email (first line).
After we have inspected the product inventory and product status, we will send you an "Inventory Confirmation Email (2nd)" stating that it is possible to ship.
We will confirm the order when the [inventory confirmation e-mail] arrives at hand.
Please do not make a transfer until the [inventory confirmation e-mail] arrives at your hand. We sell together between physical stores and other sites.
We pay close attention to the stock status, but please understand beforehand that there is a case of sold out depending on the timing of the order.
If we find out of stock after placing your order, we will contact you to that effect.
Payment methods can be made by bank transfer, postal transfer, cash on delivery, credit card payment, shopping credit, and PayPal.
After purchasing the product, it is a payment method that you will have to transfer to our designated financial institution. Please transfer to our designated account within 3 business days after purchase of the product. We will ship within 3 business days after confirmation of payment.

After ordering, we will send you the shopping credit application form URL. Please apply within 3 days after sending the URL. If you cannot confirm your application, we will automatically cancel your order.
Shopping credits are not available for orders with a total purchase amount of less than 30,000 yen (including tax).
Credits of the number of times that the monthly payment is less than 3,000 yen are not available.
If you use a bonus together, it will be up to 50% of the purchase amount.

If you use shopping credit, you can only deliver products at home.

Due to the nature of used products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances, such as "image difference", "size difference", "color difference depending on the monitor environment", "order mistake". We make every effort to store and ship products, but if you arrive with products that are different from your order or that are clearly inferior to the product description slower than the product description, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date of arrival of the product.
